Kimchi
Spent most of the day making Kimchi together. We used the recipe from this reader.
Honey Wine
We got 11kgs of fermented honey from a friend that keeps bees on tuin de enk and also his recipe. We spent the day making this honey wine together and we're still waiting for it.
Kombucha
I am brewing around 5-10 bottles of Kombucha now and it is not bad.
Ginger
I love ginger beer. I am not making great batches but I will improve. Recipe also from this reader. I have quite a large bug so I can do hopefully 5 or so bottles next time.
